We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join TeamAccu!
Key Responsibilities
To support the purchasing function by procuring stock requirements, maintaining supplier communication, monitoring order progress, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer and business needs.
Team purpose: We work together to keep our supply chain running smoothly — building strong relationships with suppliers, supporting our internal teams, and ensuring our customers receive what they need, when they need it. Through clear communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement, we drive reliable, efficient purchasing that supports the success of the whole business.
Responsibilities
Raising purchase orders based on the requirements.
Escalating any issues with the availability of required products to the team.
Responding to any procurement related issues in a timely manner.
Supporting the other merchandising teams when required.
Liaise with manufacturing partners and internal teams in order to ensure timely and efficient receipt of goods.
Review and resolve inbound issues to minimise delays.

- Basic understanding of lead times and inventory management.
