We are looking for a Trade Logistics Specialist to join TeamAccu!

Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to help shape the future of our global logistics operations. You will take ownership of trade and customs processes, using expertise and data insights to ensure smooth, reliable delivery. Your work will influence the efficiency and performance of our international supply chain.

You will also collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and embed best practice across operations, helping deliver a seamless global supply experience


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international shipments (imports & exports) across multiple markets, liaising with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers.

  • Prepare, review, and oversee shipping and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms.

  • Monitor shipments, resolve delays proactively, and analyse logistics performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate across departments to coordinate logistics and deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Share best practice, support colleagues, and contribute ideas to enhance processes as the business scales.

Skills Required

  • Proven track record in logistics, international trade, or supply chain (e-commerce experience a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of import/export processes and documentation

  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware

  • Confident communicator, able to engage internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborative, with a willingness to mentor and support others

Qualifications

Degree or professional qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or Business — or equivalent hands-on experience.
